Belmiro Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. is an elegant and refined sparkling wine, made from 100% Glera grapes from the hills of Valdobbiadene. This wine stands out for its freshness, its fine and persistent bubbles, and its perfect balance between acidity and softness. With aromas of fresh fruits like green apple and peach, and delicate floral notes, Belmiro is the authentic expression of Italian winemaking tradition, ideal for accompanying moments of celebration or enjoying as an aperitif.

Location: Hills of Valdobbiadene, Conegliano

Harvest: September, manual harvesting

Vinification: Fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Slow second fermentation in large sealed tanks at 14-15°C, ensuring a fine and persistent bubble.

Bottle pressure: 5.5 atm

Residual sugar: 9 g/l

Alcohol percentage: 11%

Format: 750 ml bottle

Case: 12 bottles

Tasting Notes

Color: a vibrant greenish hue accompanied by a thick foam and fine, enduring effervescence, giving the wine a distinctive visual elegance in the glass.

Nose: an intense and refined aroma, revealing notes of yellow and green apple, ripe stone fruit such as peace, and delicate white flowers. 

Palate: beautifully balanced and delicate, with a refreshing acidity and a fine, persistent bubble that harmoniously compliments its aromatic profile. 

Serving temperature: serve between 5-7 °C to fully enjoy its freshness and aromas.
