the process
Perfection begins in the soil
A carefully controlled artisanal process that reflects Italian tradition and quality.

Vendimia manual
QUALITY IN EVERY DETAIL
Each cluster of grapes is carefully hand-selected in the vineyards of Valdobbiadene, where altitude and orientation allow the Glera grape to reach optimal ripeness. This artisanal process ensures that only grapes at their peak maturity are used in Belmiro.

Pressed in the warehouse
Preserving freshness
Once harvested, the grapes are immediately transported to our winery, where gentle pressing takes place to extract the juice. This delicate method preserves the fresh and fruity aromas of the grape, thus ensuring the high quality of the wine.

Controlled fermentation
Attention to every detail
The must undergoes a low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This temperature control guarantees a slow and controlled fermentation, allowing the fruity flavors and aromas to be preserved at their fullest expression.

Ageing on the lees
Adding complexity and depth
The wine rests on its lees for four months a traditional process that adds depth and complexity. The lees, made up of inactive yeast remaining after fermentation, provide subtle notes of dried fruits, almond, and toasted bread to the wine.

Artisanal processes
Tradition and innovation
Finally, we combine traditional methods with advanced technology to create a wine that honors the classic techniques of Prosecco production, while benefiting from the precision of modern tools.
